Logical Factory ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Mora mobile application for iOS. Mora is a digital wellbeing app that creates a mindful pause before you open shopping and spending apps. This Privacy Policy explains what data Mora accesses, how it is handled, and your rights.

1. Our Privacy Principle

Mora is private by design. We do not collect, transmit, or store your personal data on any external server. All data processing happens entirely on your device using Apple's Screen Time framework.

2. Information Mora Accesses On-Device

Mora accesses the following information, all of which stays on your device:

• App selections you make — the shopping or spending apps you choose to pause before opening
• Savings goals and intention text you enter
• Shield and pause activity processed locally through Apple's Device Activity and Family Controls frameworks
• Subscription status managed through Apple's StoreKit — we never see your payment information

3. Information We Do Not Collect

Mora does not collect or have access to:

• Your purchase history or transaction data
• Your browsing activity or app usage beyond shield events
• Personal identifiers such as name, email, or phone number
• Location data
• Analytics, advertising identifiers, or tracking data

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any third party. Screen Time data processed through Apple's Device Activity framework is sandboxed by iOS and cannot be accessed by us or any external service.

5. Data Storage

All app data is stored locally on your device. Where applicable, data may sync through your private iCloud container, which is encrypted and controlled by Apple. We do not operate servers that store your personal information.

6. Third-Party Services

Mora uses the following Apple-provided frameworks and services:

• Device Activity & Family Controls — for creating pause shields on selected apps
• StoreKit — for managing in-app subscriptions through the App Store

These services are governed by Apple's Privacy Policy. Mora does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs.

7. Children's Privacy

Mora is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data through the app, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

8. Your Rights and Control

Because your data lives on your device, you have full control at all times:

• Delete the app to remove all locally stored data
• Change your app selections and savings goals at any time within the app
• Revoke Screen Time permissions in iOS Settings > Screen Time
• Manage or cancel your subscription through the App Store

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of Mora after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
